Who we are
ipqmedia Arseniy Volosevich (NIP 9721334440, REGON 523897459), Al. Jerozolimskie 109/70, 02-011 Warszawa, Poland, trading as Agency. Contact: [PENDING: contact email]. We are the controller of the data described here.
This website
We use no cookies and no analytics on this website. The live demos remember the business you set up — its name, its industry and our reference to its profile — in your browser's local storage for 24 hours, so a reload keeps it. If a demo has to reload the page, this tab also notes which demo to reopen; that note goes when you close the tab. Our host, Railway, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and the page requested, to run and secure the service. To keep bots from using the live demos, each demo request carries a check from Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser signals.
The live demos
When you paste your website, we read up to five of its public pages and build a short profile of the business from them, which you can edit. When you talk to the AI Front Desk in your browser, the call audio goes through Vapi and its real-time audio provider, Daily; we keep a transcript and the record the call produces, and calls are not recorded. If a browser call fails to connect, Daily's calling software may send an error report, including your IP address, to its error-tracking provider, Sentry. For Speed-to-lead we verify your phone number with a code sent by Twilio, then place one call to it; see demo calls and texts. Documents you upload are read by our AI provider to extract their fields. Uploaded documents are never stored. We delete profiles, call records and transcripts after 24 hours. To limit how often one visitor or one number can use the demos, we keep keyed hashes of IP addresses and phone numbers, kept for 30 days. For these limits the IP addresses themselves are never kept, and a phone number is kept in plain text only until its demo call ends.
Booking and payment
When you book a call we process your name, email and booking details through Calendly, to schedule it. If you buy an audit, we send you a payment link during or after the call, and your name, email and payment details are processed by our payment provider, Commas (or Whop as a backup), to invoice and deliver the work.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Legitimate interest in running the demonstrations, keeping them safe from abuse and responding to enquiries; your consent, for the Speed-to-lead call; contract, for audits and builds; legal obligation, for invoicing records.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your data, or object to our processing, by writing to [PENDING: contact email]. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or to your own. US residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers and transfers
The providers that process data for us are listed on the subprocessors page. They are mainly based in the United States, and some, such as Telegram, operate globally. Where data leaves the EEA we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
