The demos
The demos are demonstrations. They run as the business you give them, using what we read from its public website, and every step we don't really perform is labelled SIMULATED. Sample businesses, people and documents are fictional. Don't use a demo for a real customer, a real emergency or a real transaction. We may limit or turn off any demo at any time.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or medical advice. What a demo extracts from a document or says on a call is an example of the system at work, not a statement you should rely on.
Audits and builds
Paid engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which prevail over these terms.
Liability
The site and the demos are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts of Warsaw, Poland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your state or country gives you other rights.
